About Breathwork Therapy

Finding Inspiration in Every Connected Breath

Breathwork, as it was originally practiced and taught by its founder Leonard Orr, is a very gentle breathing process. This type of breathing releases physical, emotional and mental stress, energises the body and induces a deep state of relaxation and clarity of mind.

During the Breathwork process most people have profound insights into their lives and are able to see solutions to their problems.

Breathwork aims to expand awareness and foster self-acceptance through conscious connected breathing. This technique involves continuous inhalation and exhalation, allowing the body to become fully oxygenated.  As the breath energy flows to areas of tension, it can help to recall and release stored memories, emotions, and mental patterns, promoting healing and deepen your connection with yourself.

Once a person has reached the stage of understanding, the session becomes meditative and a deep sense of relaxation and heightened awareness is reached.
